I had to call to find out the status of the part after 2 weeks of initial testing. Then I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00am and had to call for an update at 4:00. Then I went to pick it up only to find out it wasn’t finished and it needed to stay. Poor communication and customer service

Friendly and informative. Diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and fixed the problem. Service department was great.

I was happy that my truck was pulled in right at my appointment time and oil change, tire rotation and a quick look over of my truck, plus a wash was done in an hour! Only downside was they couldn't figure out the noise near the right rear tire, I had finger prints on the inside of my door and boot scuffs on my door.

The service performed was excellent. However, for an oil change and tire rotation I would have expected to spend a little less time than an hour and a half waiting for the work to be done. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and got out around 10:30. As I said, though, the service was excellent.

Went in for Ac. Informed them the reason it was not working. They did exactly what it took but never checked that it was working. A simple communication would have been appreciated. Due to the assumption it has to be the car they will not be looking at it again.
